Q – Hello Ramón, tell us, why did you need an architecture studio?
A – We live in an apartment and because of my disability, I often have to move around in a wheelchair. Therefore, we wanted to move to a single-family home that could be fully adapted, or at least have a bedroom on the main floor. We were also looking for a flat area, without slopes. Fulfilling all these requirements in something already built was very difficult to find.
Q – How was the experience of working with KUBO?
A – The process with Kubo has been tremendously easy. In the first place, when we didn’t even have the land to build the house on, we contacted them and they gave us all the necessary advice regarding deadlines, budgets, steps to follow, design and search advice, solution ideas, etc. They invested many hours of work in us without any kind of commitment and without having agreed anything with them yet.
Q – How do you feel after what we’ve been through together?
R – Todavía estamos trabajando con Kubo, ya que la obra no ha finalizado, pero ya en la fase de construcción, podemos decir que estamos muy contentos con la elección de Kubo, fue la decisión correcta.
Q – How was the experience of working with KUBO?
A- We recommend Kubo without a doubt for your housing project, for his involvement, his friendly and helpful treatment, his ideas, and his willingness to answer all our many questions. They have wholeheartedly implemented every single change we’ve been asking for throughout the design phase, and even beyond it on occasion. For all these reasons, we are convinced that we could not have made a better choice.
